Chose the right weather which is very important in this city , no so hot , and if you can avoid weekends better , anyway the area is big enough .It is a lively place with many attractions . The park at the bottom of the cable car is a beauty of itself . Also you have many local cuisine... More

First, follow the directions from Rose in the below review titled "baiyun Cable cars". Makes getting to the park easy and cheap. I would just add to her review that there is a bus terminal and multiple busses load and leave from the drop off point so you can take a number of busses to the metro when you are... More

We took the cable cart up the mountain and then hiked to the summit. Very well maintained park and was not too busy especially in the summer. Only this is beware of costs. It's 25 yuan up the cable cart, 5 yuan up to moxing summit and an extra 20 yuan down the cable cart. So go prepared as they... More

Amazing place. This is definitely one of my favorite places in Guangzhou. You can have a great view of City, spend some time breathing fresh air among the trees (95% of the mountain is covered in green) and enjoy a nice ride on the cable car. If you are not very into exercise, I recommend that you ride one of... More

Lookout for a sunny day before you venture here. Bus #864 from HaiYun Bridge area will bring you to the front gate. There are electric cars that will take you to the peach blossom garden and then to the top of the mountain. This will save a few hours to take advantage of the clear weather and get fabulous pictures.... More

Was in Guangzhou from 3 April to 8 April 2017 for relaxation i.e. shop and eat, eat and shop. Guangzhou is not particularly known for scenic spots but it would be a good break from the normal routine to spend half a day at Yuntai Garden at Baiyun Mountain. Although it is a man-made garden, it is nevertheless well adorned... More

Baiyun mountain can be accessed from East and West Gate of Yuntai Park, I missed the cable car because the taxi driver dropped me at West Gate. Unfortunately cable car station is located at Eadt Gate Yuntai Park, also it is difficult to find the station at top of the mountain. At least need a day to spend at Baiyun... More

I was disappointed when I went here. The crowds were awful and there was trash everywhere. The trash cans were overflowing so park management was understaffed to handle the problem. What is funny is that locals were enjoying picnics amongst the trash. It is probably cleaner at the local junkyard. Some areas of the park are nicer though but it... More
