Took a walk here late afternoon to evening. Interesting shops but feels like a place for tourists (from other parts if China). Some of the eating places off that main road look more interesting.

Great shopping! Be prepared to haggle! Look for side alley ways for the 'special' merch.... ie designer copies.... don't go with any of the people who approach you.... but Very safe place, lots of great restaurants... but no bars!
