Resembling an elephant drinking water from the Li River with its long trunk, this hill towers more than 55 meters above the water.

Not a must see on your trip. Dirty water, run down buildings. Overpriced entrance free and hard to find an open entrance.

As can be seen in photograph, the elephant trunk hill is a natural creation in limestone caused by a small cave in between. It is in one side of the lake and can not be very well seen from the road. A fill in the...More

It's an iconic place right in the heart of the city on the bank of Li River. Our visit got a bit spoiled due to heavy rain today but we also were determined and saw the entire place with an umbrella in one hand and...More

This is a quick stop to have a look at the hill that look like elephant. Not much there except a photo opportunity. There was a lady on a bamboo raft with two fishing cormorants, again a quick photo shot.

We want there as part of our trip trough China and it is definitely nothing special! If you are in the area and have nothing to do then it's fine otherwise go somewhere else!

I intently booked a hotel across the street from this park. The view of the river and the park together where great and the hike was worth the extra steps.
