At HAKUTSURU SAKE Brewing Co., Ltd., we have opened our old sake brewhouse in its original form to the public as the Sake Brewery Museum. Our hope in doing so is to give visitors a feel of the tradition of sake making that has been carried down through the ages and to broadly and deeply convey the "heart of Japan" to the sake making world.

i love sake. and what better place than nada district that has 7 sake museum/breweries within walking distance, one of which we visited is hakutsuru. we didnt visit the exhibit but went straight to the tasting area at the shop. bought a few bottles too...More

Although you won't be able to see sake being made it's worth a stop here to see the fantastic displays. There are free samples too.

Not really, you can watch it from video played on tv. And from some human manekin that posing make sake.
