Shinsaibashi is in Osaka of Japan. One of the biggest shopping good place for you. Regardless you are kid, teenager, adult or old people. It suitable for all kind of ages. Especially for young people. It has not enough time to go through whole Shinsaibashi. It looks like an endless road and involving a wide range of places. Not only... More

On of the important attractions in Osaka is  heart Shinsaibashi, I intentionally empty a day just for shopping here. Have to say here is really long, I'm coming for the second time failed to go out, as if the bridge were walking forever, every shop you will go to the inside, each kind of snack would you like to eat all,... This place will keep you in retail fever for hours... Well, not the type of Western retail fever, but lots of small shops that sell items unique to Japan, one could spend hours trying to appreciate. Prices are reasonable too. Be prepared for a long walk as the main shopping area, Shinsaibash-Suji is one long alley that goes all the... More

In the heart of Osaka, there are various colors of the complete shopping area, sound, people and rooms or buy ... The keyword: bizarre! It is a fantastic idea to have a myriad of easy sightseeing or find a nice one. If you want to have a great time shopping and eating in Osaka, then you will need to visit... More

Exciting as only a Japanese precinct can be. Lots to see and do. Remember the main Japanese sport is shopping. Different little stores and arcades. Get lost and really enjoy yourself. It can be crowded

This strip is festive and fun to walk through. Although a bit tight because of so many people passing through, most people are polite & kind, so even if we were 2 adults with 2 small children in tow, we did not feel the usual stress of crowded areas. Loved the street stalls running across Shinshaibashi and Dohtonburi that sell... More

As a retiree this would never be my choice of a place to shop but it is part of the beating heart of this city. The non stop crowds with young Japanese out on the town dressed to impress, the smell of food, the range of shopping from Timex's to Rolex's, the deafening din of the pachinko halls, the touts... Went there to look for toys and souvenirs. There's plenty of shops to go. If you have enough time, check first the prices from other stores. Some offers cheaper price for the same products. We bought Gundam and Lego from one store, only to find out that the Lego we bought was 2000 yen cheaper on another shop. Most shops offers tax... More
