This is the second time I rode on prisma but it had disappointed me greatly. This second time, I expected to have a comfortable ride by buying a single seat but I was foolish to be tricked by prisma again as they simply change the bus to double seats and made me sit with partner. In addition I really hate its inconvenient small spaces and I had to sit beside a big male. The reason why I wanted a single seat is because I want my personal space. The man can simply do anything within the 10 hours ride. I'm sure that the other passengers were as greatly as disappointed as me as I can see it from their expression but none of us can voice out our disappointment. Given that this company is rated the worst, it really has to do something. You're not running business for profits solely but you should be more transparent with your customers.
Greatly affected.

This bus station is one of the major hubs for intercity buses to and from Kuala Lumpur. In my opinion, it’s one of the best bus stations I’ve used, anywhere. As many reviewers have pointed out, this station really is set up like an airport terminal.

Buying a ticket is really easy. There are automated and staffed ticket counters. I only used the latter. The counter staff will bring up a list of all the buses travelling to your destination and you simply tell the staff which bus you’d to use. The choices range from a bus departing in the new 5 minutes to buses schedules for hours away. To enter the departure lounge on the lower levels, you have to use the QR code on the ticket to get through the guarded turnstiles. From there you simply go to the departure gate for your bus. The facilities in the terminal are pretty good, with plenty of places to eat or snacks for the journey.

I was using Kuala Lumpur as a base for travelling around peninsular Malaysia and used this station for cities like Ipoh, Melaka and Johor Bahru etc. Location wise the terminal is far from the centre of KL, in Bandar Tasek Selatan, in the south of the city. The Bandar Tasik Selatan LRT station connects to the bus terminal and from there and only a 5 minute walk.

Lost my bus ticket and went to the ticket counter to ask if they could print a new one, since they had my name in the booking. The woman at the ticket counter told me to go to another counter, went there and she said I should go back to where I came from. No one really seemed to know who was supposed to do what. Ended up going to the ticket counter to buy a new ticket, and the woman at that ticket counter just laughed me in my face and spoke to me in Malay, which I didn’t understand what she said, and then she and her colleagues laughed even more. And then the bus was delayed. Not a great experience.

The Primas Exp Bus will offer you the most insufferable experience should you choose them. Not only they are not puncture, the bus also in such a low condition added with such a terrible conduct from the driver and the company itself. Some of the bus seats are broken, you simply can't lean back on the seat since it will completely fell all the way and will ruin the experience of the person unclucky enough to sit behind you. The air conditioners are completely random. Half of them feels fine, half of them will only feel air blowing. The driver or the company failed to service their own transport and resulting the thermostat to always be in high temperature due to the water leaking in the engine. The passengers had to wait 4 hours in the middle of nowhere at 3.a.m no less simply because the stupidity of others. The driver for this bus and even the company itself should outright be fined for their misdemeanor. Imagine the passengers family and relative waiting for their cherised ones to arrived at the terminal only to be waiting for several hours more since their loved ones is still stuck on the side of the highway. Based on the title, TBS shouldn't allowed this such a horrifying quality of transportation doing services in their venue. TBS deserved the blame for this completely insufferable passenger bus company. At first, they are too lazy to service their transport and delaying until several hours, what's going to happen next ? Must TBS wait until Prisma Exp Bus drive their transport down a cliff before TBS ban them? Never Ever use Prisma Exp Bus.

29-07-2022 noon departure.
The bus going to Malacca Leaves from the KL BTS bus terminal which directly accessible from the train station. This very modern bus station has the facilities you could wish. Very clean very functional, designed like an airport.
The bus left on time but due to construction works on the highway we were delayed by 35 minutes.
When you reach Melaka bus station, should need a taxi go outside to the taxi counter (not at the main entrance side ) where for a flat ride rate you can proceed to your destination.

Have to wait for an hour because they want to wait until the bus is full. They sell tickets every half an hour and then just let us wait until they can make sure the bus is full. They told us to sit wherever we want. So what's the point of buying the ticket with seat number???? Will not use their service again!!!

I booked KPB express from penang to kl sentral but the driver force us to go down at kajang bus terminal. Halfway on the road, he asked who was going to kl sentral and me and friend say we were going to kl sentral but when we checked waze he was going further from kl sentral so we asked the driver if he was stopping at kl sentral. The driver had the AUDACITY TO YELLED AT US , he shouted at us why we never tell him to stop at kl sentral but we clearly said that we were going to kl sentral and even booked ticket to kl sentral. If we didn't want to go kl sentral we would've book another bus, if we had book to kl sentral then he should be sending us to kl sentral. Worst experience sitting in this bus. Driver was crazy and started yelling at us and said it was our fault wtf. We had to go down at kajang bus terminal where the place was quite creepy for two girls. NEVER SIT this bus or bus number PPB 1815 or you will regret it. I was traumatized after sitting that bus. He even insulted us for not understanding bahasa Malaysia. Maybe there was some miscommunication somewhere but what pissed me off was the freaking drivers' attitude, he didn't have to yell at us, there was no need for that and that is why I'm pissed and wrote this review. He didn't do his work diligently and treated his passengers rudely.

This is a journey from Larkin to KL, 1215 bus.

The bus driver picked up a passenger right away out of Larkin terminal which I suspect he is an invisible passenger for the driver to earn side income?

This isn’t the main point. Because I am glad that the driver can earn some extra, if my theory is correct. It has nothing to do with me.

However, the driver stops at two spots within Johor when everyone is so eager to reach the destination ASAP.

The second stop is at a Yong Peng sourvenir shop, another bonus for the bus driver? Please la~ we really don’t need to break and have meal since the bus is departing at 1215… I believe the income is driver is very humble until they need to find all the chances to earn extra. However this sort of activities totally reduce the satisfaction as a passenger.

As a customer, can we appeal to the consumer right associations to regulate the service providers to state their route with all the details as where and how many stops along the trip?

I Booked ticket from Easybook app with company The One Travel and Tours .Booking was seamless and initially I was skeptical for service as many Negative reviews .

In my travel ,all was best ,operator informed me on what’s app one day before with all details and driver was too friendly. Also bus seats were comfortable and broad.

All negative reviews were of before 2020 and I think Operator - The One Travel and Tours improved a lot and currently one of best.
