We first sat on a bus where the commentary wasn't working, luckily the bus was changed. Commentary wasn't very informative very basic. The staff were very indifferent some were really really good and friendly others made no effort to be friendly. Visited some places where we wouldn't have otherwise gone so that was a bonus. Its ok for the price... More

I always take a hop off hop on bus in new cities to get a feel of the city. This one was good - it stopped at a variety of places. At one point I got on a bus that was full and had to stand for a long amount of time but that's not a huge deAl. The headphone... More

You can see all 23 stops within 2.5-3 hours depending on the time of the day (traffic is bad in KL at commute hours). The location of the bus stop is critical, and the easiest way is to out the coordinate in the map. They start operation 9am-8pm, you can just buy the ticket at the bus stop or in... More

It is a good way to get a quick overview of KL. You can get a 48hr or a 24hr pass which we did for RM45/adult. Purchased from our hotel lobby or just buy on bus when someone comes to inspect your ticket. You can hop-on-off at your leisure. There are a total of 23 stops, some which are just... More

Horrible họp on hop off bus tour!! They go on the highway ALOT hence the reason there's no map of the route. No commentary if you're on the upper level of the bus. I've been to other bus tours in other cities and this was by far the worst!

Get your bearings of the tourists sites in the city if you are staying a few days. If your visit is short-this is a good way to see the city too. English only. No ear buds with commentary that you experience in other major cities by a short recorded message at each stop about the area. Open area is small... More

This is one bus trip that's totally worth it ! One can explore Kuala Lumpur in its full glory , especially if ones seated in the open upper deck of the bus..! The description of each point along with the history of the city adds to the trip beautifully...A strong recommendation !

A great way to see round KL. I was out and about from 10 till 4.30 with several stops. Don't expect much commentary but the buses were good and timely. Stop at the National Museum to learn the history of Malaysia - I spent an hour there - really interesting. The National Palace is just a quick stop to take... More

Extremely disappointing. No commentary however did advise of next stop. Extremely hot and crowded yet says no standing. Air conditioning inside was inadequate. The speaker outside was just buzzing all the time when Sat in the front seat. Spent more time in traffic on the freeway. Overall really disappointing along with non caring staff.

I always like to get my bearings in a city by doing a bus tour but it would be hard to recommend the one in KL. Given the traffic here it can already be slow going but the constant breaks at stops for 5-10 minutes at a time and regular ticket checks (which could easily just be done once on... More
