The stops are great. The bus moved freely through the stops and we only waited for 5 minutes at one stop due to a driver change... I'd give this a 5 star if it wasn't for the... read more

Great concept and all good until city traffic gets jammed from 4-9pm. It took 3 hours to get 4 stops. Then driver threw everyone off the bus as the clock ticked towards 8pm.... Nowhere near our destination. Frustrating. Hard to get 24 hours value as they promote. Our best tip for KL- use the train and monorail. Super cheap, convenient,... More

We used this as a mini tour to get around the main city sights. We just purchased a day ticket and jumped on and off along the route to see some of the places more in depth. Some we just snapped a few pics of from the bus. Interesting way to see the city. We made use of the open... More

I wrote a review previously about the Hop on Hop off bus service in Kuala Lumpur whilst I was actually on the tour bus but did the mistake of submitting my review to Trip Advisor before the bus tour ended...... The biggest disappointment of the bus tour was to be asked to leave suddenly by an inspector that boarded the... More

We tend to use city-bus when we visit cities as easiest way to see main attractions, this is KLs equivalent and didn't let us down. Reasonable priced with regular buses and really friendly staff, especially to little man who sold us the tickets at stop number 8 in China town. And also had discounts on main attractions which was a... More

Getting by this bus is so easy and cheap. With one ticket valid for 24H, This can bring you all through the city (Kuala Lumpur). So many attraction will bring to you if you ride this bus. Value for money. Should avoid the peak time in KL too.

The stops are great. The bus moved freely through the stops and we only waited for 5 minutes at one stop due to a driver change... I'd give this a 5 star if it wasn't for the robotic voice that gives you details of the places you're visiting... It's like they've typed the information into a translation software and just... After reading all the negative comments I wasn't sure I should take this bus but the price weighed in and I gave it a try. It's all a matter of perspective, if you expect this bus to come with bottle service and a private tour guide, then sure, you'll be disappointed. However, if you expect to be able to go... More

Having read a few negative reviews of this bus trip, we went on it yesterday with an open mind. Yes, although in English, the recording is in an American accent and is a bit robotic. Unlike the tours in other cities around the world the lack of headphones means that you cannot always hear what is being said due to... More

Certainly lacks the personal touch of similar tour companies in other cities. The system was fully automated and often telling of attractions either too early or too late. Certainly missed the personal touch of an actual tour guide on the bus to advise of some landmarks that weren't mentioned on the automated system. Would recommend doing this early in the... More

We usual use this type of flexible sightseeing trip if we have never visited a city before. We were a bit dubious after reading some previous negative review for this trip in KL. As we were in KL for a few days, over the weekend, we decided to go on the Sunday morning, hoping the traffic would be quieter. This... More
