We did the jungle waterfall trek. Amos picked us up the hotel at 6am, it was absolutely worth getting up early. We collected the other people doing the trek (there was 5 of us in total), then drove for around an hour to a small town where we had breakfast. The breakfast was great, Indian style with veggie options. Then... More

The trek is only about half an hour away from KL but feels much further. As you proceed, you really feel that you're out in the jungle. The hike is a bit technical but is otherwise manageable. I really enjoyed the activity and Ben, the guide, who made me feel at home and who really put together a very nice... More

Ben is super friendly and responsive to our emails. He came to pick us up and drop us off. The tour was challenging & need a reasonable level of fitness but the view & the experience were worth it. We loved it and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much for a great day and the yummy lunch!

We did the Dragon Back Trail with Ben. It is a little steep at the start, but not particularly hard. Ben has a natural enthusiasm for the environment and is kind and professional. We would highly recommend any of their activities as a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

If you are looking for a great day out this is what to do and Open Sky are the guys to do it with! I did both the Bukit Kutu and the Jungle Waterfall Mountain Treks expertly guided by Amos who is a great guy as well as very responsible. Each trek is unique in its own way with different... More

Ben picked us up and two others for the Dragonback Trek. It was much steeper than I had anticipated both ways but it was a great workout, got the heart going and you were rewarded with beautiful views over and over again. Ben took photos throughout and we had plenty of time to rest and still made it back with... More

We did something different than what tourists in Malaysia generally do. We trekked on the Dragonback mountains with the help of our guide Amos. Amos is a very patient and skilled guide. He literally helped in each step we amateur hikers took. It was a great experience and I recommend this to everyone who is keen on basic hiking.

A friend and I went on an early morning hike with Ben. He was very nice and knowledgeable and it was an amazing experience. It is also super well organised! You will be provided with gloves to be able to safely grab on to the rocks at some points, he had a pop-up "changing room" to change in at the... More

Having completed the Dragonback trek on my last visit to Malaysia in 2012, I completed the waterfall trek on my return with my Dad and brother. Again, this was an amazing experience. Ben really knew what he was talking about and provided valuable insight into life in Malaysia and about the things we were seeing on the trek. They also... More
