What an amazing collection of art

The collections are formidable, beautifully presented and spread out over several floors. There is plenty of space in the museum to admire the art, reflect on history, and relax.

..but some displays still contains factual errors, like describing the Qing Empire as having ended in 1799. Or some very obvious propaganda about the plight of the Palestinians, with a huge wall chart that basically omits mentioning anything about the Jewish tribe being one of the early settlers of that region because the chart omits anything pre mid Roman times.... We spent about an hour here wondering around the two levels of displays. The place was quite (makes a great retreat from a busy KL) and white (with a lot of marbles). The simple white and blue design in the center courtyard was very pleasing to the eye and other senses. We are from the west, thus quite ignorant about... More

The kind of islamic memorabilia available at this museum is very comprehensive. Malay islamic history is also presented in detail. The miniature models of famous islamic mosques are worth looking.
