This place is good if you want to eat or just hangout. There are many restaurants and shops. It was pretty accessible too. You can use monorail and disembark at Bukit Bintang station. There was also a famous road near it called Jalan Alor where they sell a lot of street foods and still within walking distance from Bukit Bintang.

My hostel is located in the middle of Bukit Bintang. After visiting HK and living Chungking Mansions, it was not really a huge change. The only difference would be the number of “happy foot massage” places in Bukit Bintang. As a vegan, this place is a paradise due to the numerous Indian food restaurants. Usually I ate 2 big plates... More

Tons of clubs, bars, and restaurants. Happy hour seems to be quite frequent to draw customers in, so that's a good thing. Stay away from the massage parlors though. They seemed far more desperate than they should be, which felt dodgy to me.

Bukit Bintang isn't really an attraction, so to say. It's the name given to this particular district in Kuala Lumpur located in the heart of KL's Golden Triangle. Here you will find many shopping malls ranging from cheap bargains at Sungei Wang, Low Yat Plaza, etc to luxury brands at Pavilion, Starhill Gallery, etc. If shopping isn't your cup of... More
