We stayed close to Bukit Bintang. It has excellent transport links to the rest of the city via the monorail. Plenty of shops and lots of places to eat too, along with the famous street food street jalan Alor. Lots of culture & a great atmosphere here. Certainly a good area to visit.

This is where you can do shopping and eat. if you are far from bukit bintang, take monorail from Kl sentral (or any other monorail station) and exit from bukit bintang station. Since there are many many options for shopping and eating you can wander there for hours. More crowded in the evening to night.

This district is a place to go for shopping. It's diverse from high end stores to cheap treats and souvenirs. And ofcourse, the perfect place to eat!!! You can find here the best local dishes at a very affordable price. Good place to hang out with friends at night and catch some drinks while munching some local street foods.

Love this area give you that Malaysian feel. Lots of food, shopping fruit, satay. In the heart of where it's all happening. The only complaint I'd have at the moment is the road works for the subway is taking a long time and takes away from the atmosphere. Enjoy your time

This district has everything a traveler wants or needs...huge variety of food, drink, shopping and entertainment. Mono rail, GOKL hop on hop off route, free KL bus route and taxis are easily available. And almost everything is in walking distance.

I remember going there about 4 years ago, it is one of the famous destination for tourist. But now it's kind of left out, maybe because of there's a lot of under construction everywhere so it is not convinient to walk around the street anymore.

It seems that am wrong timing visiting KL. A lot of constructions, infrastuctures especially on landmarks area. They have been renovating and developing the city for easy and become much accessible to their people and tourists. Despite of this,I still enjoy my journey. Seeing the different mosque, heritage, foods and night markets found at all area of KL. Easy access... More

You will get food from all the cuisines in this busy street of KL. Arabian Shawarma and Mandi, 24 Hrs McDonald's, KFC, etc are very popular here. Since construction of Metro rail is going on, please expect some congestion and be watchful if you are travelling with kids. If you come across fake watches, bargain to the maximum and you... More
