Beautiful building. Of course, you can only view it from the outside. But the President was in residence when we were there, so that was exciting. You can take pictures of the guards, both those on and off the horses.

Not far from other touristic spots like the National Museum and the National Mosque, so it might be easy to visit if you're going to the other places. It shows how the top sultans lived there plus functioned on a political level. The palace is large but doesn't take long to see.

We visited on a bus tour. Go at midday to witness the changing of the guard (three on horseback who kindly said hello! The Palace was not open to the public as far as we could see. It is a fairly modern building and did not appear to be the most attractive.

A stop along the KL Hop On Hop Off bus route. Interesting to see but probably not more than once. Not sure if there are certain activities that happen at specific times of the day though. Something worth to check before you go.

Probably it is a nice palace, although newly built. You cannot go inside, just watch at the gate. Poor horse and guards to stand in the heat amongst tourist taking pictures.

A nice place to view. You cannot enter but you can get a good impression for the palace through the gates. Gardens and trees beautiful and well maintained. Fine for a short stop on a tour.

You drive in to see expecting a grand palace ,drive all the way , walk towards the palace , see a poster palace through the gates , take some pictures and back tour car , drive off. It's over 10 minutes max . So people , must avoid this tour , better places to see elsewhere in KL

This official residence of the kind offers fantastic view. The domes are beautiful.People are restricted outside the gate. There is grass all around, and you can spend good time with selfies. It is a newly constructed palace. It gives you a feeling of Arabic times!!!!

Visited here by a guided tour. Nice to have seen, but it is nothing that you have to see when you visit Kuala Lumpur.
