It's inside the Rizal Park. It was open till 5 pm and it was free. It's a small museum not much to offer. Garden is nice. You can take a look if you visit Rizal Park.

Very informative and it's free! More people should enjoy this place. My favorite part was the jar urns from the metal age. It would be better if they install more seats for resting,.

Spoliarium is the accent of the museum aside from the roman style of the building. The wide collection of paintings best viewed at the upper level are also good to see.
