great to watch the setting of the sun while observing boats and birds. Depending on where you are (in Baywalk or MOA) though, you could be barraged by the noisy spectators or the pesky vendors or "kalesa" drivers

It used to be a beautiful place to go to especially at night. But now, its just a place tents. Families live on the sides. Street children are everywhere. Place looks dirty and unsafe.

Spent a leisurely hour or so walking along the Baywalk at Manila Bay at sunset. It was reasonably quiet and peaceful despite the traffic nearby. The sunset was magnificent over the bay and managed to get some excellent photos to remamber the day.

I stay at Sofitel Plaza which is located on Roxas Boulevard. I recommend having a drink and a meal at Sunset Bar at this property over looking Manila Bay at sunset. Truly magical.
