If you do not stay in the Bayview park Hotel do stay in one facing Manila Bay in a room facing the bay. Best time to walk from the American Embassy for a mile is 5am and eat from the vendors as you walk. Hope...More

On October 14, 2014, at around 5 pm or so, I was walking up Roxas Blvd along Manila Bay, towards the ferris wheel. There were many people hanging around, some just lounging, some were fishing in the bay. I had just passed Aristocrats Restaurant when...More

When it's not raining, I eat my breakfast on the balcony of my condo overseeing Manila bay. Relaxing and peaceful. Don't miss the spectacular sunset. Just have a walk.

It's definitely the sunset that's worth visiting here. A walk between 5pm and 6pm in good weather will definitely let you catch this legendary view.

Be careful with pickpockets and the many holes you will see in the ground. Still, it is nice to have a walk and see phillipinos resting and enjoying the sunset.

Manila Bay offers a lot visually and physically - depending on your hotel or AirBNB room, you can have some great views to it, and then it provides a great exercise and entertainment walk. You might like to ride a horse-drawn challis around the bay,...More

The general outlook of the bay was uninspiring, just commercial shipping. Driving along Roxas Bld adjacent to the bay elicited no excitement...was not informed by local driver as to anywhere worth stopping ..not a real attraction

Too crowded, too noisy, too commercial and very polluted - there is not much to see in the Manila bay. Yes - the sunset is beautiful as everywhere, but dont kill yourself for this.

The area is a mess and poorly looked after. Not worth the walk. It smells and us covered with street people. You would think they could have one spot on the bay that is well cared for.
