Footwear for the warm weather? FIT FLOPS fit the bill well!
I was looking for footwear for mine and wife's six-week gastronomic adventure we have titled "Revenge on Covid 2023". FIT FLOP fit the bill as I wanted to be comfortable and practical considering the Pinas temps I was about to endure. Got my selection and able to bring them back to Canada! Fit the bill!

    SM got it all..
we were just whiling our time away as we await our car's routine maintenance service gets done. our 74 year-old aunt was with us. it was her first time to step foot inside SM north edsa. we were teasing her that it was customary to kiss the ground upon visiting for the first time. we took our lunch in one of the many restaurants. we were planning to cross the footbridge so we could tour her around trinoma,, another mall owned by the ayalas, but alas, it was being repaired. we just headed back to the annex and spent some more time window shopping. since its initial opening in 1985, this mall has undergone a transformative change. it has become a landmork that stands in the junction of both west and north avenues in quezon city. i used to frequent this place a lot.

Your Dinosaur Land is very expensive. 550 entrance fee with 1 and with 1 guardian. Additional 300 for another guardian. No limit for parents and kids. It's very crowded. And this is worse. When go inside you need to pay for rides. 100 for 2 token and it takes only for 1-2 min. And there is more expensive than that. There is food and drinks inside which is cost a lot. C2 that you can buy only for 28 pesos at the hypermarket, they selling it for 70 pesos. Not good for MASA

We’ve been there last august 29 to celebrate our mom’s birthday. We finished 10 minutes before 10 pm and when we’re on our way going to parking the security told us that the door going to parking on 2nd floor is already closed and told us to go to first floor. When we reached 1st floor the other guard told us its already closed and we told him that we are going to parking and he said ok. When we reached the parking door the other guard told us to go to the other end of the door because its already closed, please note that we have 3 years old son and senior walking with us but they are sending us on different exit very far from the parking. Our point is , the shops closing time is 10 pm, so atleast give time for the shopper to reach their parking , but what the guards doing are they are closing the parking doors erlier than the shops.

The mall is accessible by train (MRT) North Edsa Station. Also can be accessed by bus routes plying across EDSA.

The mall has many stalls and stores to wretch your pocket. This is a one stop shop.

I had been to the North EDSA SM mall many times and it had always been fun. You are spoilt with a range of shops and the variety of food items available here. It was close to my stay in Quezon City and a place that I love to be.

Love their beef sets. The pork sets have more meat but are not as tasty. The side dishes have the spiciness lowered to Filipino tastes, which is fine with me.

Here you have SM mall right next to Ayala's Trinoma mall and both connected by a walkway, result a mega shopping experience in Manila. A number of stores are duplicated in both malls, but there is enough variety to keep even the seasoned shopaholic satisfied.
Very very crowded at weekend so midweek visit is best.

What I want about this place is the annex! Just check it out! You would enjoy all the boutiques in there especially their netzones! We went there specifically to visit the Apple store!

Huge shopping mall with almost all brands excluding the high end ones. They have everything from food kiosks to dept stores, restaurants to home ware, furniture to hardware, and pet essentials to salons, and 2 huge hypermarkets. While they claim to "We got it all for you", the hypermarket at The Block fails to provide environment-friendly totes bags - on a weekend! I've visited it 3x on a weekend and once on a weekday and was told it was "out of stock". For a very well known retail company, I'm wondering how the management can miss out this very basic need for customers. Imagine having to bring a cart full of groceries in boxes, and some customers have to struggle carrying numerous paper bags because they ran out of totes bags. Not a good way to encourage people to bring their own bags either. Really stressful to shop here during weekends.

We were here during a three day sale of which the Friday was the only day when many items at the huge SM Department Store were significantly reduced in price all day.

The crowds were unbelievable, especially in the ladies' shoes section. 15 women at one table looking for shoes that must have been very good quality yet cheaper that day.

Even the arcade stalls like Auntie Anne's pretzels were fairly busy.

I purchased some great value polo shirts and underwear, while my wife found shoes and pants that pleased her. Far cheaper than Melbourne, and quality just as good.

Philippines has many good points such as stunning beaches in the provinces but shopping is also a highlight. SM doers a great job and most have a huge range due to the 105 million population and remittances that flow in from overseas contract workers.

Instead of waiting two hours for a taxi, we used a series of escalators, stairs and a lift to reach the SM North EDSA MRT overhead railway station. For about P15, a train that arrived seven minutes later took us two stops to GMA station where we caught a P40 trike to Cocoon Hotel.
