In the shadows of the Great Smoky Mountains, there's an old stone building with bars on the windows that overlooks our small vineyard. Legend has it that the local lawman locked up the hooligans here to cool down until they went before the magistrate. Now we use the Calaboose to incarcerate our wine and beer before it makes its escape to you! Come and relax on our Rockyard Patio and enjoy the beauty of the prettiest valley in the state!

We were looking for something to do after dinner and heard about live music at Calaboose Cellars. We had our kids with us, but it was a great atmosphere! They had a soccer ball and frisbee golf out for the kids. We sat on the...More

Nice setup to hang out with friends. They were still working on their beer permit when we visited and the wines were not my style, but their grounds were nice. Very cramped inside space, but if they get that figured out, or if the weather...More

Used to be an old jail cell. Very small winery, but such a cute setting. We received one of our tastings for free because we purchased a bottle of wine. You do NOT get to keep the glass.

We stopped in because we were in Murphy at the casino. Figured it was 20 minutes what the heck. Upon arriving to a very tiny location we go to walk in the door and there is a huge dog that greets us. NO WARNING that...More

We are so sorry about your unpleasant experience at our little Calaboose. Porter is very often too friendly! But he has a good heart. The food was just plastic food for decoration. Not to worry! Come back to see us!

They have both beer and wine here at the old jail building and the smallest winery. They both do not disappoint!! The owners are very nice and knowledgeable. There is a nice firepit on the property and some chairs there so you can get something...More

They have beer and wine in one location. The beer and wine won't disappoint, we found it to be really delightful. My husband took home a growler of the Jalapeño infused beer (SO good). The chocolate beer was surprisingly good and really smooth. We sampled...More

This is a winery/brewery which gives you the best of both worlds. It is also located in the country's smallest jail. This is the best wine I have ever had. Do not miss.

We stopped here after eating dinner at a microbrewery in Andrews. We wanted to hear the music which started at 6:00. Since I was driving, I left the beer drinking to my wife. We shared a pint that was very good. We did not sample...More
