Palmetto Distillery is a labor of love for Trey and Bryan Boggs. The two brothers and entrepreneurs from Anderson, SC are dedicated business men, southern to the bone and most importantly spirit connoisseurs. The brothers drew inspiration from their own heritage and that of South Carolina to create Palmetto Distillery. Which produces South Carolina's First Legal Moonshine and Palmetto Whiskey, South Carolina's Most Awarded Craft Whiskey. Our goal is to continue to revolutionize the spirit industry. Free distillery tours and moonshine tastings available daily.

It's amazing how much Anderson has grower over the past 10 years. Especially in the downtown area. And with the economy and all I've seen so many good places come and go. But one place that will stay for a very long time is Palmetto...More

This was a fun place with goats living on a balcony, fun gift shop and some kick butt moonshine but, sadly, they have gone out of business. Glad I still have a little bit in my freezer!

Worth the stop off the interstate. Moonshine & whiskey was fantastic, staff were extremely friendly. Great prices! If you're a fan of alcohol, moonshine or not, you should take the time to check them out. Samples were perfect size to get a good taste!

Stopped in while we were in SC to pickup some of their Moonshine and Whiskey, can't get it in NC. Always a fun time. If you like a smooth whiskey you need to try it. To me it's better than all the expensive ones.

What a great place! Jerry, our tour guide, was excellent. Very knowledgeable. AND you can tell he likes his job. Wonderful to see this business take off the way it did. They did a wonderful job reusing an existing space. So much charm! A little...More

The staff does a great job of bringing the history of the distillery alive. The stories are great! Highly recommended the sampling session for some tasty "shine"! Recommended for 31 and over.
