We visited the museum before watching the Civil War Reenactment. We were surprised at the size of the museum and thoroughly enjoyed it. My son was super excited about the special Lego made for the museum.

hi ! Thank you for the question. Yes it is air conditioned but probably not under 78 There is no cafe.
