Great resource for students

Great to see the history and culture. The li rary has the Texas Rangers historical exposure. I recommend this place to everyone, specially students.

Great to see the history and culture. The li rary has the Texas Rangers historical exposure. I recommend this place to everyone, specially students.

Walked by while seeing the capitol grounds. They had an interesting display on the Texas Rangers in the lobby. History just a little off the beaten path.

I am a budding genealogist, (family history researcher), and had heard I should check out the genealogy collection, but was a bit intimidated and kept putting it off. Finally, I decided to just go on my lunch hour, and see what they have. I asked the librarian what kinds of resources they had, and she tells me this long list... More

Quiet research areas, helpful and knowledgeable staff, a wealth of research material, what more can a history buff ask for? There is also a wealth of information for family history researchers, primarily families from Texas, but there are many volumes from other states too.
