Just had a corporate function and the entire process went well with event manager and Victor on board. The décor is a bit dated and tired, but you are here for experiencing the scenic cruise and the views of the monuments all lit up at night are outstanding. The appetizers and the food could definitely improve. I personally found it... More

I had a Groupon for this cruise but you also have to pay an additional fee and gratuity ( which I didn't mind that). So ended up really not saving very much.My husband and I had ice tea and that was not included in price of the dinner. That irritated me. The food was good had prime rib, we had... More

I bought a lunch cruise off of groupon as an anniversary present. I was very pleased with this cruise. I went end of December 2016 and it was just amazing. Be sure to check the weather BEFORE you book as it makes a huge difference. Most people ate their lunch and then went outside on the top deck for sightseeing... More

I took nine members of my family and we all had fun. Variety of menu entrees--stuffed shrimp, prime rib, cornish hen, etc. Free coffee, tea, etc. Other drinks extra. Gently cruises the Potomac so you can see Lincoln, Washington and Jefferson Memorials easily. Music was not live, but we had fun on the dance floor. Helpful staff. Family friendly--welcomed our... We had a family brunch for a special event. The weather was beautiful. The trip up to Georgetown gives beautiful vistas, and sailboats were skittering around the river. The food selection was limited but broad enough for everyone to find something they liked. The portions were large and the food was tasty. The service was excellent, very attentive and accommodating.... More

We had our firm's outing aboard the Nina's Dandy on September 11 for their Champagne Brunch. Scherrie assisted us throughout the scheduling process and was a great and responsive host. The food was delicious, and the weather and views spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful time, will definitely consider this for future potential outings.

Wow! This venue's quality has gone down so much. I wanted to treat my sister (from NC) to a real Sunday Brunch cruise on the Potomac River. I had this Nina's Dandy cruise a few years ago and had a totally wonderful time with my niece. Well, this time was embarrassing. Boarding was supposed to start at 11:30 am and... More

I found this cruise on things to do in Alexandria and thought this would be a nice ending to our trip to Lake Norman and Mt Vernon. According to their website they offer the dinner cruise every night but Monday. When I called to make reservations for the following Thursday night I was told "not gonna happen". Turns out I... Best part of the day? Parking was only $6. Smell the diesel as you walk on board, sit in front of a window that is so scratched and cloudy you can barely see out. Add mediocre food but plenty of it. Lord help you if you need to brave the bathrooms. Suggest you take a boat trip on another boat... More

Nina's Dandy offers a dinner cruise on the Potomac with great views of the Washington monuments. Quite the best way to see them in peace. But the entertainment is less special. The four course dinner is substantial but not memorable; the wine is overpriced ($35 for a carafe of indifferent house Pinot Grigio); the live pianist was barely audible and... More
