I wasn’t sure what to expect before arriving, however most travelers said it was worth the visit. I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit this site, and it wasn’t the reason for me to visit the Arlington National Cemetery. I spent less than...More

Having just visited the JFK museum in Boston this was more meaningful than on my last visit. If you collect a map on your way in to the cemetery you can locate it quickly - it is actually quite close to the main entrance, which...More

Family trip. We went for 4 days and I don't think we had enough time. April is a cool time to go. Well worth it since almost every museum didn't cost anything!

The grave site is unique as was our President Kennedy. Those who designed this memorial knew the power and elegance of his speech now engraved in stone. These words bring life to this touching memorial. It is worth seeking it out at your visit.

We were actually surprised to find that Jackie was buried with him. The eternal flame was beautiful and brought an air of reverence to the spot. If you walk just a little further down, you can see Robert and Edward’s grave as well.

I don't know what I was expecting, but although everyone is equal before god some people have bigger memorials than others even though they all gave everything they had to give.

I’ve visited the AF1 aircraft that transported JFK's body from Dallas. Now I’ve seen his final resting place... so much history here! It’s worth your time to visit this location.

We got to see this. Respectful and reverent. Something to see. The flame and the purpose of it hearlds respect in itself

It is a 10-15 minute walk to President Kennedy's gravesite, but it well worth it. Seeing the gravesites of family members there as well is very impressive and moving. Great way to honor a great president.

If you are very fit you certainly can walk anywhere especially the cemetery, but if you have any doubts look for transportation. It can be very warm depending on the season.
