It is a 10-15 minute walk to President Kennedy's gravesite, but it well worth it. Seeing the gravesites of family members there as well is very impressive and moving. Great way to honor a great president.

Some how we had built up the greatness of this gravesite. It is truly a quiet place for JFK to rest with his family. We thought there would be a bigger deal made of this area than there was...The eternal flame burns marking the grave....More

If you are very fit you certainly can walk anywhere especially the cemetery, but if you have any doubts look for transportation. It can be very warm depending on the season.
