Worth seeing. I am old enough to remember when he was assassinated. Interesting to see the views and places I saw on TV during his funeral. The eternal flame was one of the things at the gravesite that was a feature to be seen.
A very well maintained cemetery. The reverence at JFK's grave is remarkable even all these years later. We met a member of the army responsible for a gun salute on the day. He was very helpful and provided lots of information to those gathered there.
The best thing about this is that it's so plain for someone of JFK's stature. It's obviously very busy with all the tours stopping by but we managed to get a couple of minutes where there was just the 2 of us so be patient.
How often do you get to visit the grave a president? This grave was on our small list of things we wanted to see and I was happy we did.
