Great hotel with very comfortable meeting room. The restaurant was very good and the outdoor hot pool was the highlight. Bring your bathing suit and relax.

Ok so me and 3 friends went here with hopes of beautiful springs with a view but there isn’t much of that around, there was a big communal area as entering town and down back there was another Luke warm one and one hot one fully enclosed in a tent so it’s not the image that might be spoiled from hot springs in New Zealand but for the surrounding mountains it is amazing, a short drive or mild walk you can get a view of the whole valley, this is what u would recommend it for not the springs

The attention upon entering the hotel was in bad taste. The person who checked us in was rude and responded automatically and with reluctance. The pool bar takes three years to bring you a sandwich and almost like doing you a favor. The room is an electrical trap, to turn on the bathroom light the hall light must be on and if you want to turn on the ceiling fan, lower the voltage of the light in the room. It is a hotel with luxury potential due to its views and location, but it takes a lot of work and seriousness to reach that level.

Beautiful place to relax, have some mates with tortillas and fried cakes, with beautiful views, next to the river. Also for the more active, you can climb to the viewpoint to appreciate the place from above or go trekking looking for the hidden waterfall. Another proposal is to go to the thermal pools. The length of stay depends on what each person is looking to do.

Ugly or rainy days are not recommended, since it does not have changing rooms or showers for men or women. Only 4 unisex showers.

Hola!
