A visit to this 9000-acre park is an Amazon-like experience, with dry and flooded forests and lowlands, and numerous examples of giant water lilies measuring as much as seven feet in diameter.

We did a tour that included the meeting of the waters (very interesting but it is better of a typical boat or plane to have the true image of the meeting), the visitor to a floating village, a lunch and the tour to see the Victoria Regea. It was nice but the park, at least the part visited, is in... More

Amazing. We saw these leaves around Manaus and also in the Amazon jungle. These are in a selected area so you have to spot it.

We only saw a few from the viewing deck. But you could tell they are huge. We also saw monkeys, turtles and birds.

You walk to this park on some tiny bridges with Brazilian flora & fauna all around! It is greenery all around with some unusual plants to be seen!

Ok to visit but not a must see. They will, push this but it is a tourist trap more than an actual ecological park.

Stopped in the area on a tour with our guide Ismael from the FANTASTIC company Amazon Eco Adventures down the Rio Negro. First we stopped at the floating restaurant called Restaurante Rainha Da Selva and the food was AWESOME!!! The piraracú (arapaima in English) is the largest fresh water scaled fish in the world and just maybe the best tasting... More

Do not miss, this is close contact with nature! Great opportunity to see and interact with some wild animals, they are well treated and we were in a small group. The lake woth the walk, and the monkeys around make it a lot of fun, specially if someone brings a banana alongside to feed them!

An ecological park sounded promising but all the tour boats stop there and everyone is crowded into small spaces and given an "opportunity" to handle wildlife which is not good for the animals. Not a good experience at all.
