Búzios has several beaches and Ferradurinha is one you have to visit and spend some time. The colours of the water in contrast with white sand is very nice. The name refers to the shape of the beach as it looks a little horseshoe.

bit of a walk from our hotel, but the waters calmer than Geriba so all could swim , and if you kept a keen eye there were turtles in the water

Beautiful beach! You can park your car and go down some stairs to access the beach. Small beach, very cold water, not too many options for food or bathroom.
