Forno Beach - Búzios/RJ. WONDERFUL. The water on this side of the island gets a little cold, but even so, during the period I went it was perfect (January/24). Pink sand, just the right amount of space, I went in the late afternoon. Sunset was spectacular! Great place to practice standup paddleboarding.

It is a quiet beach, with calm waters, it has umbrellas for eating. And there is a clean public toilet at the exit of the beach.
We arrived by ubber since the van that passes along the main avenue leaves you far away.
I went in April 2024 and the water was cold.

On top of being a great beach to swim, you can get a peek of the sea turtles that hang in there. I was there for hours, watching them.

If you want to be on your own in a wild-looking, absolutely quiet and clean beach you have to get to Praia do Forno!
A 50 meter white sand shoreline is isolated from the open sea by a capricious rock barrier handing the beach quiet and safe.
But, if all you want is to relax after a long night in Buzios' night clubs, this is the place: warm sand, calm breeze ( it is naturally protected from the strong East wind typical of the Peninsula) and NO access to cars with loud sound systems!

My favorite beach in Arraial do Cabo. I recommend going by boat but you can also hike a small mountain to get there, which you'll have an amazing view. Great beach for snorkeling, underwater pictures and you also can have a special lunch at the local restaurant, reached by boat.

This is a beach in arraial do cabo, there is a walk up and down a hill to get there, it might be tiring, but it is totally worth it. It has less wind than the beach next to it since it is protected by mountains.Beautiful snorkel spot too, clear water, you can see your feet even if you are in the sea all the way up to your neck :)

This was just like the beach in my dreams. Beautiful setting in a secluded bay with a gently sloping sandy beach into the sea. There is also a perfect little beach bar serving delicious snacks (pastel de camarones - amazing) and meals - fresh fish delicious. The bar also provides tables and chairs on the beach. There were only a few people on the beach during the two weeks we were there. Very relaxing and well worth finding.

That´s the truth. This the real most beach in Buzios. All that paradise photos you see about Buzios are from here. Unfortunatelly you won´t find a good place to eat here. Then spend your morning and go eat in downtown. But the Beach is unforgetable.

This is my favorite beach, but do not eat at the “rustic” only EATING PLACE, they just try to cheat you!
We wanted to eat a fried fish, ANCHOVA, and they wanted to charge R$ 100 for it, for ONE fish for two eater! Instead of that we then ordered peaces of fried fish,.. because we were hungry and there was no other possibility to eat nearby. This very simple meal was charged with R$ 50 for the 2 of us.
In the expensive city itself, in a real restaurant you pay maybe the half of it, and don´t have to deal with a dirty waiter and kitchen, with broken chairs and nothing really pleasant, except the wonderfullview to this special beach!

Gorgeous beach with pink sand! When we went the waves were huge, but we sat on the grass area and was lovely! Worth visiting for a couple hours.
