Just how big they have made this Olympic park they truly have made the uk sports stadiums look miniature. Wouldn't recommend it on a very hot day but there is alot of places for refreshments. I would use local transport to gain access to this to visit as a tourist but also be vigilant to not stand out, have your... More

If you like sports then of course this is great, Rio hosted a great Olympics and did better than what the critics said, the vibe here was really good.

I feel the like the high alert scare of the Olympics possible terror attacks made it feel like the organization was poor, but overall felt safe and well secured. Staff was friendly.

Just the colourful sign alone is worth the trip. It is massive. There is a museum here which had hundreds of people lined up to get in. We were not ami st them. But the looks of the museum are wonderful. It is a very pleasant area to walk and enjoy.

Considering the bad press the stadiums turned out amazing. The only thing that wasn't finished was some Tarmac wasn't laid down in the outdoor dinning area.

Great venues for the Olympics and Paralympics! I was pleasantly surprised. I wish there was a bit more shade in the common areas because some days were very sunny and hot. Food and drinks were a bit overpriced and there wasn't a lot of variety but it was decent and we had a good time! I hope this place is... More

The buildings were architecturally interesting but the vast concrete space was devoid of any vegetation and shade. It took forever to get to the wherever you wanted to get to and walking to them was tiring, boring and very hot. Why do they make these Olympic Parks so large and unfriendly???

Had to walk miles to get anywhere. The buildings are architecturally interesting but the vast concrete space between the buildings was devoid of any vegetation or shade and very boring and tiring to walk along. Why do they make these Olympic Parks so vast and unfriendly?????

Nicely laid out. Plentiful amenities (though overpriced). loved the massage stand. A magical place to visit. full of fans wearing national flags, dancing, singing, playing. True Brazilian spirit.

I wonder what will happen to the Olympic Park now that the games are over, but I went during the Paralympics and it was a good place to visit. Spacious and wide, with many interesting venues, a large area for food and drinks, as well as seating space. Not a lot shaded areas apart from the venues though.
