This is a fantastic location for weddings and just a nice get away without going into Rio central. After visiting this park there are many wonderful seafood restaurants along the road to this park.

Very beautiful preserved garden with interesting heritage. Charming guide Marie Anne was a big plus and obviously loves her job. Only two guided tours a day. Must book ahead. Entrance fee very cheap.

Very pleasant walk around the gardens, and buildings. Everything is exuberant, the size of the vegetation, and how healthy it looks is just amazing!!! This visit is something every one should do!
