If you are into flea markets then this place is for you! There were lots of leather goods, bags, jewelry, soaps, clothes, journals, collectables, food, and those are just the things I can remember off the top of my head. Prices are negotiable and good...More

I loved it. Purchased many things, shoes, bags, shot glasses, jewelry, hand painted bottles. The Sunday was well spent. Usually 2 hours to go around the park twice. First I look; then I buy.

Amazing market featuring many local artists and craftsman, if you're looking for a piece of art as a souvenir of your Brazilian trip, you will find it here.

Wide variety of crafts, clothes and food. On a nice day nice to stroll around and have a fairly wide variety of items in one place. Good Sunday activity- bit of bargaining and interacting with nice vendors.

I've been to the Hippie Fair many times over many years. Each time I find something unique, paintings, woodwork, jewelry, mosaic tile work, handicrafts, knitted children's clothing, kids toys etc. There is something for everyone!

Great little market in the plaza near General Osario with an assortment of unique offerings. Well worth a visit, although they could do with some more food options.

We were stuck with something to do on our last day in Rio, so decided to visit this market. It only happens on a Sunday. There are all kinds of stalls, some selling the same stuff you will find anywhere else in Rio, albeit decidedly...More

I bought my girlfriend a nice bracelet here, made by a couple that owns their own small business. You don't need to spend a lot of time here, but it's fun to look around.

Apart from touristy souvenirs, you can buy some original jewellery and art here. It says it is open until 8, but when I visited most of people were closing around 5.
