Similar experience really. Altogether a nicer vibe, cleaner and less touristy than Copacabana. From here you are not too far from Videgal favela and can do the 2 brothers hike.

Not as crowded as Copacabana , this beach is great for relaxation or a walk .Leblon is a posh residential area, with a few hotels on the beach.

Leblon is the extension of Ipanema and both of these are well worth a visit while in Rio, full of activities.

Lovely afternoon. We ate lunch at Riba on the beach. It is a Kiosk. Clean, popular with comfortable chairs, umbrellas. Bar and lunch. Great experience.

This area is great! Very artsy, the beach almost looks different after the curve of Leblon. Loved going here and seeing the difference of street vendors. Board walk is lined with cafes and restaurants! Make sure to have a coconut while walking along the beach!

I like this beach more than Ipanema or Copacabana Beach, it's in more affluent area and less crowded, and with less vendors nearby. I personally prefer quieter place, and the view is just as spectacular.

In addition to being one of the most upscale
neighbourhoods in the city, Leblon is charming,
elegant and simple. This posh area has some of the
most famous and expensive restaurants in Brazil, along
with some of the city’s best nightlife (including some
places open all night). One of the best places to
visit is the beach, located under the impressive
“Morro Dois Irmãos” (Two Brothers Hill). It’s a
