This beach lies at the mouth of the large river meeting the sea. The surrounding area is not the most secure. There a far better beaches to go to.

It's seems used to be wonderful place to visit . But to day poor infrastructure and lack of facilities brought to my attention. Safety precautions must be taken whenever you go nearby.

Not very special. The only thing is the view you have of the bridge and part of the city of Natal. You just pass through in the way to Genipabu

My first time in Redinha was in the early 90s and it was almost a wild beach near Natal. Now everything has changed and it became a normal beach. Take a look and head to Genipabu.

Been once and might not return, too much hassle, very unorganized beach with loads of vendors running around, felt in secured with the family. Loud music from the carts selling their pirated CD's
Pestering sales persons poking at you to buy something.
Not a place for a "Gringo Tourist Family" if you looking for a peaceful spot to relax with the kids and you'll probably get robbed.Sad to say but that's a fact.
