One of the nicest urban beaches of Brazil! Definietly the best in Natal. Warm water all year long and nice waves. In some places good enough for surfing! The water is clear green but nor transparent, because of the waves of course. Great place to...More

The once beautiful Ponta Negra Beach is eroded by the high tides leaving very little space to lay on the sand. The available sand is monopolized by the vendors renting umbrellas, tables, chairs and lounges leaving no shaded areas for those who simply want to...More

Excellent beach, the jewel of the crown of Natal, has multiple bars, pousadas and restaurants. The beach is the best place to meet real nice people. Is the Copacabana of Natal

If you like a beach which is very wide at low tide, love to take an extended walk on the sand, join a fun soccer game, get your food/drink from the various carts passing by, do some surfing or kite boarding or simply swim in...More

I walked all over this beach and really enjoyed it.. the beach is wide and bathers have so much room to spread themselves... there is plenty of food as well very close to the beach so no shortage of things to do.

Beautiful beaches. Perfect for surfing. A lot of bars and restaurants to enjoy the view and a cold beer. Voltare.

Highly recommend the beach close to Natal which offers very nice and clean sea water. Furthermore, funny to enjoy the businesses eat the beach. Do not bring high value watches etc!

A long sandy beach lined with many restaurants and some grocery shops. Umbrellas and chairs are offered for renting and cold drinks are sold everywhere. I visited this beach during the carnival and, thus, it was packed with people, especially in the afternoon.

Nice place to stay in Natal. You could rent a place with an umbrella to protect the sun for 5 US dollars per day.

Ola, gostaria de saber se final de junho o tempo é chuvoso e gostaria de uma dica de hotel frente a praia de Ponta Negra que não fosse tão oneroso, mas com café da manhã gostoso.

Olá, Verusca! Me hospedei no Hotel Casa Grande, vista para o mar. Hotel bom, café da manhã também, a rua é a primeira transversal da praia. Restaurantes perto, farmácia e lanchonetes. Vale a pena.
