Beautiful beach and scenery. For me its the best beach in Florianopolis. Native, deserted in some parts and lots of hiking and exploring. Its also a surf spot. The water is clean and clear. Picnic areas under the trees as well.
The entrance to the beach feels like you're on a reserve but not so far from the main road. In fact it is close to one of the reservation in the area which is also worth a visit. Used to be a lonely place even in the pick of the summer. Now it is a bit crowded at this period. Nonetheless still a quite place. if compared to other local beaches. This beach is totally preserved inside a pine forest. Good for surfing.
