Great place to take a quick walk around. We brought some wine to drink and food and had a lil picnic while the kids played on the rocks in the stream. Played with a couple cows. Be careful one was a lil ornery... :)

I've been there several times by car/bicycle and I could enjoy every time because the nature here is almost untouchable. I'd probably recommend you to see it in a sunny day.

A typical scenario of southern Brazil, where German settlements of the 19th and early 20th century can still be seen. A good place to visit on a sunny day, but in the summer (December to March), it is advisable to bring insect repellent, hat and sunscreen, especially if you take small children or want to go fishing or picnic. Is a beautiful place to visit. You will find some farm, river, falls... Wonderful sights to take a lot of pictures, some lagoon to fish and food made there, like cheese and jam.

Recommended, but don`t go there with too much expectation. Simple, with nice restaurants, but nothing impressive. The road is crowed on weekends.

A bit of native rain forests, rural life and good food. Riding along this road means you'll come across local people tending their farms in a bucolic scenery. Charming place.

Nice place to visit. You can enjoy some good restaurant along the road and visit some families houses. While visiting you can taste and buy some food, buy some handmade stuff and feel the families life on the country side. Indicated to the whole family, specialy with children.

Estrada Bonita winds thru a countryside region populated by the third and fourth generations of the first German and Central Europe immigrants. Along the road, every rural property has something different to sell - from bakery items, cured, smoked meats thru jellies and cookies. Everything made on the premise by the family members. At the end of the road you... More
