The garden seems to be closed at the moment, the gates were shut and locked. The tori gate at its front looking uncared for

Poor upkeep

I was attracted to the Japanese Garden and talked my friends into taking me there. The garden was unkept and you had to go through the zoo to get to it. The zoo was also a disappointment.

This place is beautiful. It has lakes that has schools of fish. Also has a view of the city that you can see from the top. It's within the same area as the zoo so if you're visiting the Japanese garden you can also visit...More
