MASP antique fair is an icon in the Paulista region every Sunday. If you are visiting MASP leave no more than 1 hour to pay a visit to the antique fair. But items are quite pricy for things that sometimes are just old not true...More

Our family was visiting MASP and stumbled upon this Sunday market. It had some lovely stuff, but everything seemed very pricey and I didn't see much leeway to bargain. My husband is always on the hunt for old coins that he can turn into cufflinks,...More

This is a tourist trap, don't be fooled. You can find the similar items for a fraction of the price in one of the many 'China town' markets along Paulista (1 located next to the 24hr pharmacy outside the MASP station). It's a small market...More

While walking on Paulista Avenue on Sunday I came upon the antique market under MASP. It was fun to look around. Even found a package of Brazilian stamps for a friend who is a stamp collector.

It is an interesting thing to see and given its location on Paulista Avenue and under the MASP it is worth seeing but I wouldn't go out of my way. While it is fun to browse, given my lack of Portugese language skills and lack...More

If you love antiques and history, you will enjoy this market! There are 100+ stands and it is well organised. It is not a place where you will find bargains, but if you know your history and you have knowledge regarding antiques, you will pay...More

A lot of interesting old stuff. I myself do not know how to buy antiques but a savvy might find valuable stuff there. Was actually quite nice place.

Bela Vista
Known for its Italian cantinas, Bela Vista is the
place to go for great pasta. Also called “Bixiga”, the
area is an important cultural part of the city, with
the bohemian and the religious costumes of its
inhabitants on full display. In August, the large
Nossa Senhora Achiropita party fills the streets with
a variety of Italian food and music. You can
