The tour I did was a half day around the countryside stopping at several local businesses. The guides were excellent, very safety conscious and knowledgable. The fish paste factory although smelly was interesting especially when car filled with fish arrived to make a delivery, all seats except the driver's used to carry the load. Hot cycling but well placed stops... More

Hi - yes the whole Soksabike team agrees that the fish paste stop is VERY smelly! :) And that the weather is sometimes very hot! This is why our tours start so early in the day so that we can avoid the heat later on. In any case, thank you for attending the tour, and for leaving us such a... More

Had a great half day seeing the local industries and sights. A guide was great and very helpful - he thoroughly explained each process and feed us way too much food. Scored a private tour as no one else was going that day but would also be great in a larger group.

We did this bike tour as part of our group tour of Cambodia. The bikes were good, even had a bike for a shortie! We saw rice paper making, rice wine making, banana chip making, all at local family businesses. It was extremely hot but the cycling is easy enough. The local guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and made... More

We did the half day with kids 7, 9 and 11. We were glad we took the option of the tag along for the 7 year old as he would have struggled on his own with the traffic and the distance. Mony our guide was great at explaining the local customs as well as the different industries we visited. Regular... More

I recently did the 1/2 day Local Livelihood tour with Mony from Soksabike. You are fitted for your bike before you head off and they provide you with a helmet & insulated water bottle. The bikes are all of good quality & have gears. Mony was a great guide, spoke excellent English and provided you wish a history of the... More

We did the full day livelihood tour, it was a great day. The tour gave us an appreciation for local culture and history as well as an insight into the lives of the families producing the products. A fantastic morning cycling 22kms around Battambang and its countryside with Paulo my guide. The organisation both prior when booking and during the morning was second to none. Its rewarding also knowing the tour provides employment and help to the local community. Water was provided and there is a convenient fruit and toilet stop 2/3 of the way around where... More

I did the full day countryside tour, which took you along some 45km of roads. We had a great day with Phalla, our guide, who was extremely knowledgable about local customs and legends.
