Well worth a visit, but maybe not if you have already visited dozens of pagodas. Quite easy to reach and nice statues.

Bit of a surprise, as you just come upon it. Usual gilded buildings, but with white elephants. Take a few photos.

Temple was located and most of the monks and residents seemed to be either away or indoors. This is one of the better kept temple and grounds.

Free to see. Lots of interesting sculptures and even a fairly gruesome sculpture of a body being eaten by birds. Many tombs, so definitely be respectful. I enjoyed my 20 minutes walking around the grounds.

This pagoda is very old with interest history between Khmer and Thai. The design is different from other Khmer pagodas. So it is worth to visit and it is in the town not suburb just spend 10minutes to walk from the market.

Visited it on my third day in Battambang. NO entrance fee! The white elephants and other statues are located behind the pagoda. There is also a school near these statues. Learned from my tuktuk driver the difference between a pagoda and a temple. Pagodas have...More
