This is something you can easily view and look in for about 5 minutes. There's not much to see, and it's really nothing too special.

This church is an important part of the history of San Pedro. If you visit this place you will get some insight about the interaction between the ancient local people and the Spanish invaders. Tip: you visit this church during the free walking tour and your guide will tell you all about it.

The most eye-catching thing is the Retablo really lovely. The exterior is attractive too. Once it was painted white but now looks more authentic in Adobe mud colour. A nice atmosphere inside.

This church is pretty nice especially when considering the materials that were used to build it. Definitely worth a visit

It's very unlikely that you will make a special trip just to see the church, but if you are in town it's worth a look. Like most buildings in the area it has been rebuilt on several occasions over the years and there are a few bits and pieces in a glass case, presumably from earlier builds. It seems to... More

Worth having a quick look if you are in San Pedro, for the use of local materials especially Cactus wood.

Not to be missed in San Pedro de Atacama as it is one of the best you will see in this area. Wooden floors, Adobe construction and a masterpiece of a ceiling. Last visit here some 4 years ago it was white in color. Find the Square or Plaza and you have the location.

This is a very simple building inside which has a certain charm. There is obviously a lot of history how ever we were not there with a guide. If you are in San Pedro it's worth visiting the square and popping into the church for a quick look.

You probably should have a guide to get the full benefit of visiting this church. Many of the artifacts inside need an explanation from someone who knows the history. No admission fee...
