Highlands Park Golf is centrally located near downtown Birmingham. It is a relatively short course, but in places, there are marked elevation changes and some of the fairways are fairly tight with others being quite wide. This course gets a good deal of play and...More

I've lived in birmingham for 30 years and never ventured out to highlands golf course. When I finally did I decided i needed to review it to make more people aware of this gem. It is hidden in the southside of birmingham. A good medium...More

The course is the old country club and is a reasonable albeit old layout. The price is great and it is easy to get tee times.

With short, narrow, and rolling fairways, this is a fun and reasonably priced course with it's own challenges. Excellently manicured, greens are a little fast and small, but the overall play is a great value compared to courses outside the city limits.

Nice course in Birmingham in the city - easy to reach. The holes are relatively short so you can get round quite quickly. However as the fairways are relatively narrow, you need to play an accurate game - slice and you are on the neighbouring...More

Inner City Course close to offices and in a very nice section of town. Most fairways are on the shorter distances but there are plenty of hills and obstacles to make it challenging. Older but nice facility with close parking. Redone about 5 years ago....More

If you don't want to drive you can still play golf. You might hit your driver twice. Most holes are short and non memorable. There is a driving range if you want to hit balls after work.
