Excellent trail. Well kept & clearly marked on trail. Map wasn't super helpful but there were several signs. Facilities were well maintained & pretty clean.

No, because Ruffner Mt. is a nature preserve (not a more general-use park like Oak Mt. or Red Mt.); they want to minimize roadkill of slow-moving animals, and lessen rutting erosion on trails.
