This Zhonghe Temple at the top of the chairlift is nothing special. The chairlift itself is reasonably priced, 30 CNY one way and another 40 CNY to enter the park itself, along with the various scenic sites. The enclosed cable cars are considerably more expensive....More

We got a ride from our hotel to the Zhong He Cable Car Station. This cable car is an open two-seater ski-lift type, high enough off the ground to make some in our group queasy. You have to buy a ticket for the cable car...More

The views of the Dali Old Town area and Erhai Lake are magnificent. After you reach the upper level by two cable cars, you can then hike up much higher for even better views of the complete Dali area.

Need to be fit and not scared of heights, views fantastic and great for people that like hiking. It’s worth it just for the cable car ride and just take the trail to the waterfall. You can also hike about 5km between two cable cars...More

If you're looking to get your hike on, this is it! The eastern-most peak of the Himalayas has several trails--some advertised, some not--to Yudailu, a paved walkway that skirts Cangshan at around 8,000 feet above sea level. The hike up is quite steep, and should...More

A very high Mountain. We went up and down by cable car, which was a great fun. We stayed up just for 20 mins , which was very enough to see the whole area and go inside the beautiful tiny cave .

You might wish to take the cable car from the northern entrance. There are no stairs there and the path is quite level at the top. The southern entrance starts with quite a few steps and only after that is the path level. It... More
