We were only for short afternoon visit to this historic island. With a guided tour, we were traveling around the island - only in open part of it for visitors. To be honest, I expected more, but anyway, I am grateful for what I had...More

We booked our trip through the National Park office. We chose to include the Island Tour as well as the ferry crossing and park entrance fee. The ferry crossing was fine. We joined a one hour train tour which traversed the island with a stop...More

Basically, if you want to walk around an unruined bit of nature for a few hours and totally clear your head of all care, this place is absolutely immense. A decent 2 - 3km from end to end, with just a golf course to interrupt...More

There is only one ferry. You can show up at the office just before the ferry terminal (it's hard to miss as this is not a large area) and choose a package that doesn't include a tour, but just the ferry tickets and a couple... More
