It's all nice but church fee for entering the island is absurd. A guy waiting in the harbor to pickup the money. They even have tickets there...

To come to this island, you need to take a taxi boat from Punat. On a island is a monastery governed by Franciscans. In a monastery are few museums. It's a peaceful place.

It is pretty easy to walk down to the monastery once you reach Kosljun by boat from Punet. The Fransescan Monastery dates back to the 11th century. The museum is well preserved and has exhibits found on the island. Most descriptions, however, are in Croatian
