This was a very funny experience. If you have little kids or you don't mind getting dirty, visit this beach. The beach itself looks nothing special, but the mud there is supposed to be good for the skin and the sea is very warm. Wear dark and not expensive swimsuits, get covered in the black mud and wait for it... More

Absolutely great fun the black mud of the Soline beach. Once you're covered in mud it will be hard not get into a good mood. Don't worry everything goes away in the very warm water.

Because you can walk few hundred meters and they still will be able to stand in it. It is much safer than on other beaches plus here is this special mud, which can be fun, both for kids and adults! Bring something for shadow with you or rent it there. Parking is by the road but must be paid.

We came there in the evening. Spend a night there, although it is not allowed. Actually you have to pay for parking from 9.00-21.00 standing up to 6h 15kunas, more than 6h 30kunas Water is nicely salty and refreshing. There was no sun so full power of healing mud could not work :o) But still it was fun. Alot of... More

Beautifull place in a warm summer for people who like swallow sea with healthy mud. There are showers for watering the body after whole day in sea. And at the evening, lots of small reatarunts in Čižići for great food and drinks before sleep.

Good place to stay especially with children - you only have to reckon with the fact that we all get dirty - but this mud is good for many diseases (all written on the blackboard Croatian and English).

This is a must see place! Ideal for families with small children as the beach is sandy and the water is shallow. One thing though: bring some kind of sunshade with you or you can rent on the beach for around 70 Kuna, ~ 10 Euros (2015, June). And of course THE MUD! :) That's so cool! Also it's a... More

If you are on Krk island you have to visit Soline bay. There is a beach with multiple healing mud baths. The mud is believed to be good for rheumatism but it is also a lot of fun for children. You can see people covered in black mud from toes to eyebrows, waiting for mud to dry out on their... More
