Do yourself a favor, and stay in Rovinj for 2-3 nights. You can find cheap Airbnbs, and the city is gorgeous. The port is a beautiful area, with crystal clear, extremely blue waters, lined with restaurants.

If you are staying anywhere in istria, its wort driving/travelling to rovinj. Truly beautiful. Very romantic and scenic. Loads of shops, restaurants, galleries in the old town. Definitely worth a visit!

Great starting point to explore the old city center, check out the multitude shops and restaurants in the area. it gets super crowded on weekends! Come for the sunset and enjoy the calm and chill breathtaking view

Yes every day. It stretches for a very long way. Can't remember where we picked it up, but it ends near the harbour. My wife bought me a great leather wallet...pennies instead of a mortgage. Have a great time

There are loads of options from the harbour that includes an island hopping ferry, night tours, glass bottom boats and you can also hire motor boats. It's just s matter of preference and how much time you have.
