It's a scenic enough place but quite crowded and very much part of the local tourist scene. There is also a place here called Echo Point which does indeed have some kind of echo but you have to make a huge amount of sound for...More

Beautiful back drop, a must visit for all. excellent place for photo shooting. The mix of blue and green is certainly soothing to the eyes.

The dam is near a cattle farming area. As told by our guide Mattu means cattle and Petty means village. It is in a village near a cattle farming area. Views are simply awesome. Picturesque scenic beauty. A must visit.

This place is really very scenic. On left side of bridge ...there is market for tourist with local stuff.on right side there is boating starting point.v enjoyed walking over bridge and skipped boating here.. Don't miss to have fresh pineapple slices and raw mango slices.

Beautiful location with complete serenity and calmness. Preferable time to visit would be post 4pm to enjoy boating experience on the lake. It also provides areas just to sit and relax in front of the lake, requires a walk or 5min drive from the dam.

This is a popular tourist destination. Large water area, lots of scenic points . Also, speed boating also happens here. Limited food options available as well.

Boating charges are 500/- for 15 minutes. I would suggest to go for boating at the Echo Point than at the first boating point, since that place looks more serene..
