Located on the banks of river godavari, the Someshwar temple is a must visit. You can just sit by the river for some time and enjoy the boating .

Someshwar is the temple of Lord Shiva. This is an old temple. Best nearby places are someshwar waterfall and Balaji temple.

Nature lovers are most welcome to this place.Situated on the outskirt of main city near the Someshwar waterfalls. Temples are surrounded with greenery and perfect picnic spot.

This is an old lord Shiva temple, bit on outskirts of the city however easily accessible nearby Someshwar fall which is called as Nashik's Niagara fall

I believe Pind daan and other such activities are done at Ramkund, Panchvati. If you have a priest with yourself, great else I guess you will get a priest there as well to do the needful.
