The Khalsa college looks like a fort. A beautiful building. I haven't seen from inside, I think it must be of good quality. The academic record of the Dehi Khalsa college is good, but not aware of it.

The most beautiful college on our planet. I studied here and have had the most memorable time of my life. It's more of a palace than a college :) I am so proud that I was once a student here myself :)

Must visit in Amritsar if you like historical buildings. Building from English Era, very nicely maintained. Lot of shooting takes place around the place. Place is nice for clicking memorable pictures.

The moment I saw it, it seemed that it was a palace of some kind. It has a huge campus and a beautiful garden... it is located on GT road.

Khalsa College is a worth a visit, it looks so grand at a distance, by night the lights are on and it looks even better. It has great features, almost castle-like, a red brick building but then the indian influence. The gardens are well maintained and the students are always welcoming even for a quick chat. It looks amazing to be a college, the students are priviledged to study at such a place... a tourist site!

Very difficult to communicate with the college staff. However, tourists can get a glimpse of this magnificent building on the way to the border flag dusk ceremony or en route to the nearby history museum and India gate. Make sure to ride on the right hand side to get a good view of it. Most tour busses slow down for travelers to snap the shots. If you manage to talk to the college staff for a visit, it must be worth it.

Does Khalsa College Amritsar Bhangra Team give performance on campus? When do they usually give performance? Do I need a ticket to see their performance? I love Bhangra performed by Khalsa students so much! Thank you.

Probably not as its exam season in India and college will not allow any outsiders........still there are free days in between exams and you can try your luck then.
