This place is a fine example of architectural plagiarism. The original temple is the golden temple harmandir sahib in amritsar which was created in the 16th century. The creators of durgiana temple stole this blueprint in the 20th century & have made fake history.

A smaller version of the Golden Temple. The temple itself is slightly smaller than the Golden Temple, but the complex here is just the Temple on the lake and a walkway around the perimeter, not the magnificent clock towers and ancillary buildings of the Golden Temple. Very quiet, easy to stroll around and into the Temple itself which is very colourful inside - no photos allowed there.

Main temple is good its in walkable distance from Railway station around an km just you have crosz the railway station towards opposite site (towards last platform side not platform 1)
Its also walking distance from Golden Temple around 2. 5kms easily you can visit, path goes in the middle of main market.
Must try the Puri plate next to the mandir, its awesome in taste and less in price only ₹32 per plate.
They also have very pure and tasty sweets i tried gur ka halwa was awesome.
In terms of temple they followed the same concept of Golden temple, same gold type temple and sarovar around that.
Good temple managed well.
You will find Hanuman ji temple also near that its also worth to visit there.

Best Peaceful place for seeking blessing and getting relaxed over buzz of the city.
Mark your visit when you are around the Amritsar city . It is around at a distance of 1-2 km from Golden temple (10 mins).

This is like a mini Golden Temple but for the Hindu faith. Very peaceful and calm. Clean and easy to walk around. Shoes must be removed before entering. Don't drink the 'holy water' as it isn't filtered.

The only reason for our visiting this temple was as it is supposed to be a replica of the Golden Temple.
Honestly, this is just another Hindu temple having idols of goddess Durga, Lakshmi Narayan. There is no comparison with the architecture / grandeur of Golden Temple.
We spent only 10 minutes here.
If you are a tourist, hard pressed for time, you may give it a skip.

During our stay in Amritsar we went to visit this temple and was surprised to notice that it is also like Golden Temple. It was learnt that the temple was rebuilt by Guru Harsai Mal Kapoor. As like Golden Temple vicinity restrictions are here also for sale of tobacco, liquor and meat. The quite atmosphere inside the temple is heart touching.

This is a Hindu temple and it's made very similar to the golden temple. There are many deity idols and the main temple stands in the centre.
We went during the morning time and it was a walk in visit. No queues at all. The temple itself was very nice and clean. It's a lovely temple to visit and take about 20 mins to complete the visit.

Durgiana temple campus has a number of sacred temples to offer prayers. The Sheetla Mata temple is said to be around 700 years old. The Laxmi-Narayan temple is at the center of the campus where people offer coconut and prasad. Surrounded by a sacred pond, this place of worship is decently maintained.
The Poori-Sabzi Breakfast at this temple is simply amazing, don't miss that
